성탄이 불과 5일 앞으로 다가왔건만 요즘 나라의 경제나 정치 사회 여건도 그렇고 나 자신도

다리를 다쳐 기브스를 한 실정이라 성탄이나 연말 연시 기분은 전혀 느끼지 못하고 있는 실정이다.

 그래도 매년 성탄때가 되면 캐롤이나 크리스마스 송을 올려 왔기에 예년만큼은 못하지만

이맘때에 듣기 좋은 곡들을 몇곡 올리려 한다.

어제 마침 Chris De Burgh의 노래를 소개하기 시작한 김에 오늘 그의 대표곡이라 할 수

있는 Lady in Red를 포스팅 하였고 내친김에 그의 크리스마스 송이라고 할 수 있는

A Spaceman Came Travelling을 소개한다.

1976 싱글로 발매된 Chris De Burgh가 작사 작곡한 이곡은 제목만 본다면 그리고

가사 내용을 모르고 듣는다면 성탄과 아무런 관계가 없는 곡 같지만 내용인즉

우주인이 본 성탄 이야기이다

1975년 발표된 2집 정규앨범 Spanish Train and Other Stories 수록곡으로

1976년 싱글로 발매되었으나 챠트 1위에 오른 아일랜드 외에서는 별다른

관심을 끌지 못하다 1986년 그의 The Lady in Red가 전세계적인 인기를

끌자 재발표되며 사랑을 받았다.
